We want you to feel comfortable purchasing from ShiftYourMind.

If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition they were received:
– unused and unworn
– with original tags attached
– in original packaging
– with proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at hello@shiftyourmindco.com.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without first contacting us unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at hello@shiftyourmindco.com so we can review the issue and make it right.


Items That Can’t Be Returned

Some items are not eligible for return, including:
– perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
– custom or personalised products
– personal care items
– hazardous materials or flammable goods

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

If you’re unsure whether an item qualifies, feel free to contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the simplest option is to return your original purchase.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d prefer.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
